Card 10: Postcards to SCOTUS

Stand Firm for the Constitution;
Take Back Our Nation for the People!

To the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States:

“EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW”

Those words are engraved on the Supreme Court Building. But some sitting Justices seem to have forgotten or decided to ignore that basic tenet of our democracy.

I, a citizen of the United States of America, respectfully petition the Supreme Court to:

  • Affirm that every person born here is a citizen, as the Constitution states.
  • Expand voting rights for all citizens instead of allowing inequitable laws to suppress votes.
  • Uphold the law with unwavering impartiality to ensure justice for all.
  • Guarantee due process for all citizens and non-citizens
  • Uphold and guarantee the right to bodily autonomy, including access to reproductive care.
  • Categorically reject efforts to dismantle our government and vital social programs.
  • Reject Executive overreach that usurps Congressional and Judicial authority.

The Supreme Court must interpret the Constitution and our laws in a way that protects and benefits the majority of the people rather than just a select few.  It’s your job. Do better!

Sincerely,
