How It Works
We will upload new card templates and letters every two to four weeks in this website’s Campaign Cards and Letters section. Persons on the mailing list will receive an email that a new card is released, so please make sure to put our email address on your allowlist (whitelist for folks who remember that term!). It will be announced here and on our social media pages.
All the card folders will remain online, so you can come back and download any topic card you want to use again. All of the cards available are relevant to our current times.
These cards have a color background. The colors are on purpose, and we encourage you not to change them. Note the gradient wash uses a minimal amount of ink. However, we provide a B&W version in the 4-up card file for non-color printers. See the graphical “how to print” in the folder if this is your first time printing cards at home.
Another print option is to use a local shop or online printer – for that, you will use the single card 4×6. These services are often a comparable expense to printing at home. One print shop to use is Howling Print and Promo in Ohio; email hello@Howlingpromo.com or call 440.363.4999
If you need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to read and print from the PDFs, you can download it here for free.
We provide four PDF formats. Each card page includes the template sizes noted below.
-
4 x 6, for printing two on a page of perforated cardstock; 4 x 6” 2-up Avery 8386
-
4.25 x 5.5, for printing four on a page of perforated cardstock; Letter 4-up Avery 5689
-
4 x 6, for printing a single card (at home or with a print service)
-
Tabloid Size Poster color & BW pdf
Notes regarding printing at home:
To print the cards correctly on perforated card stock, you will need a PDF reader like Adobe Reader (it’s free). If your first print doesn’t print correctly, check your printer settings; you may need to override them to have the document print correctly.
